Seven years ago I had breakfast at Konos in Pacific Beach and ever since then I've wanted to return. The line may be long, but it's tolerable. The ambience of sitting outside the patio eating a hearty breakfast whilst the palm trees sway lightly to the ocean breeze create a distilled vision that this is the epitome of San Diego: the sunshine, the beach and the insouciant feeling that at this moment
life is good.
